In the daily operation, wear of jaw crusher is inevitable, so we need keep regular maintenance to extend its service life to the maximum. 

 

Jaw crusher impact lining is service life is two years or so and we will need to re-cast. If the eccentric shaft and bearing wear, the discharging opening is 1.5 times larger than the original assembly gap, we need to increase the pad adjustment or replacement; oil ditch wear of 1.5 mm, oil groove and adjustment should be re-opened. The gap between the connecting rod cover and the eccentric shaft, wear and tear is bigger than 1.5 times the assembly gap, so we also need to add a pad to adjust or replace it. Bearing quality processed the following requirement: babbitt surface should be uniform in color, luster; babbitt surface layer should not be ash, cracks, shrinkage, sand holes and peel phenomenon. Babbitt bearing on deep peel or larger abrasions should be re-cast.
