1.   Check the bearing temperature :(the normal temperature is not more than 30°C ,the maximum temperature is not more than 70°C.  Once per shift 

 

2.   Lubrication adding : 500g per each lubrication hole ;   .

 

3.   Check the V-belt tensity: once per shift 

 

4.   Check the fastening and wearing situation of the connection bolt ,foundation bolt, bearing cap, side plate and toggle plate.  Once per shift 5.   According to the real using condition : adjust the discharge opening size or change the spare-parts. 

 

6. The users should replace the plate when wear the tooth depth of the stationary and the swing jaw plate 15%. (leaving about 6 – 8 mm).Otherwise it will damage the machine because of the sudden-change load.
